Job Summary:

This is a challenging and rewarding role for a Paediatric ENT Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Cambridge University Hospitals. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert clinical care to patients with paediatric ENT conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Contribute to the development of new services and initiatives to improve patient care and experience
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license
  • Experience in paediatric ENT nursing or a related field
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of paediatric ENT conditions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
