Job Title: Senior Document Controller

Matchtech is seeking a highly skilled Senior Document Controller to join our team. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for the control and management of documentation issued by Contractors and Suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Control and management of documentation issued by Contractors and Suppliers
  • Preparation of transmittals for document exchange with 3rd parties
  • Training Contractors and Suppliers on Document Management Systems and processes
  • Preparation of progress reports including metrics such as documents issued vs planned, and forecast of deliverables to be issued
  • Collaboration with other project functions to prepare and update documentation, such as Management Procedures
  • Management of information exchanged with 3rd parties, including Government entities and project partners
  • Attending meetings and workshops as required
  • Archiving all correspondence and administrative documentation
Job Requirements:
  • Experience in document control within the Oil & Gas sector
  • Proficiency in using Document Management Systems and Sharepoint
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to prepare detailed progress reports
  • Capacity to provide training and guidance to contractors and suppliers
  • Flexibility to attend meetings and workshops as required
  • Attention to detail and precision in managing and archiving documents
