About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Business Partner to join our team at Dignity Plc. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in delivering our People Strategy across assigned regions (London / South East).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of our People Strategy, ensuring pragmatic, commercial, and people-centric solutions.
  • Partner with leaders to design, scope, and deliver large and complex people change initiatives.
  • Deliver key people initiatives across the broad people spectrum, including workforce planning, organisational design, talent acquisition, talent management, reward, and engagement.
  • Be data-driven in both questioning and decision-making.
What We Offer
  • Up to £53,000 per annum, depending on experience.
