Senior HR Business Partner Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with leadership to understand business needs and provide proactive HR solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering expertise on workforce planning, succession planning, and organisational development.
  • Monitor and analyse HR metrics to inform data-driven decision-making and provide regular reporting.
  • Lead HR projects and take ownership of HR-specific initiatives.
  • Develop and implement retention strategies to mitigate employee turnover risk.
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring alignment with company values and culture.
  • Provide guidance on compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of performance management processes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar senior HR role.
