About the Role

Cygnet Health Care is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Activity Coordinator to join our team at Alders Clinic. As an Activity Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding care and support to individuals with personality disorder and complex trauma needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and implement activities, outings, and events that promote the physical and emotional well-being of our service users.
  • Prepare and manage activity timetables to ensure a varied and engaging program.
  • Organize and run activity groups, providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals to participate.
  • Provide physical and emotional support to service users, promoting their independence and autonomy.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the provision of staff, space, and materials for all activities.
  • Encourage and motivate colleagues to support the activity program.
  • Oversee the creation of promotional materials for events.
