As an Early Years Programme Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our Early Years programme, ensuring a fun and engaging experience for our young campers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a high-quality Early Years programme that meets the needs of our campers
- Oversee the planning and delivery of activities and sessions
- Work closely with the Camp Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the camp
- Provide excellent customer service to parents and campers
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all campers
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Primary Education
- Significant experience working with 4- and 5-year-olds
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
