Job Overview:

We Manage Jobs (WMJobs) is seeking a highly skilled Education Support Specialist to join our team as a Level 2 EYFS Learning Support Practitioner. Our school is part of the Learning Community Trust and offers a supportive and collaborative environment that enables our staff to grow professionally.

This role involves working closely with a teacher to support children with their learning and have the opportunity to lead interventions. You will be part of a dedicated team and be fully involved in the life of the school.

Responsibilities and Duties
  1. Support children with their learning and development, removing barriers to engagement and inspiring all learners.
  2. Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to deliver high-quality provision.
  3. Develop and lead interventions to support children's learning and development.
  4. Contribute to the assessment and planning of children's progress.
