Job Summary
Keepmoat Homes is seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join our West Midlands region. This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of the Commercial Team, surveying activities on a number of standard developments and contributing to the delivery of high-quality homes and communities.

Salary

£48,000 - £58,000 per annum, dependent on experience.


Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Surveying and monitoring construction activities on site
  • Collaborating with the commercial team to ensure accurate cost control and financial reporting
  • Developing and implementing effective surveying strategies to meet business objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Professional qualifications in quantity surveying or a related field
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the housebuilding industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail
