Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Scheduler/Care Co-ordinator to join our team at Home Instead. As a key member of our office, you will play a pivotal role in planning and building our schedules to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality care from Care Professionals who are a suitable match.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality service to our clients and Care Professionals. You will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling our services, ensuring that our clients' needs are met, and building strong relationships with our Care Professionals and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate schedules to ensure seamless delivery of care services
- Match clients with suitable Care Professionals, ensuring a high-quality service
- Support with service reviews and client support plans
- Conduct staff supervisions and client quality assessments
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other professionals involved in their care
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work at a fast pace in a changing environment
- Previous experience in the care sector or a related industry is desirable
