Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Scheduler/Care Co-ordinator to join our team at Home Instead. As a key member of our office, you will play a pivotal role in planning and building our schedules to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality care from our Care Professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate the service for clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Organize rotas and schedules for our Care Professionals, ensuring that they have a clear understanding of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Match clients with suitable Care Professionals, taking into account their individual needs and preferences.
- Support with service reviews and client support plans, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care.
- Conduct staff supervisions and client quality assessments, providing feedback and guidance to our Care Professionals.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.
- Deal with enquiries and provide excellent customer service, ensuring that our clients feel valued and supported.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and Care Professionals.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work at a fast pace in a changing environment.
- Previous experience in the care sector or a related industry, with a strong understanding of care principles and practices.
- Experience of using People Planner software or similar scheduling tools, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Passion for delivering high-quality care and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of the role.
