Job Title: Scheduler/Care Co-ordinator
We are seeking an enthusiastic Scheduler/Care Co-ordinator to join our Down and Lisburn office in Saintfield. This role involves planning and building schedules to ensure our clients receive high-quality care from suitable Care Professionals.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and schedule services for clients
- Organise rotas and ensure Care Professionals have their schedules in advance
- Ensure client/Care Professional matches
- Support with services reviews and client support plans
- Conduct staff supervisions and client quality assessments
- Conduct client and Care Professional introductions
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other professionals
- Deal with enquiries
- Participate in the on-call rota
Qualifications and Experience
- Excellent people skills
- Strong communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work at a fast pace in a changing environment
- Previous experience in the care sector or a related industry desirable
