Job Description

We are seeking a talented Merchandising Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our merchandising department, you will be responsible for managing stock levels, optimising Open-to-Buy, and collaborating with Merchandisers to identify product and set pricing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage stock levels to meet sales opportunities and reduce markdown risk.
  • Own and influence seasonal planning processes, including pre-season planning and informed in-season trading decision making.
  • Collaborate with Merchandisers to identify product, set pricing, and manage sale strategies.
  • Collate monthly detailed lessons learnt and strategy commentary.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of clothing merchandising and range planning.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
