Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Merchandising Manager to join our team at Selfridges. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising full price sales and profitability through effective stock distribution. Key responsibilities include:

  • Co-ordinating the planning process with Buying teams and providing quantitative support as required.
  • Working with Buying teams to influence department strategies and monitor stock and commitment.
  • Analysing full price sell-through by brand and category and making recommendations to Buying teams.

In addition, the successful candidate will manage the WSSI process (weekly), ensuring accurate forecasting and managing markdown within budget. They will also work with Buying and Merchandise teams to plan and present financial plans.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, with experience in merchandising or a related field. A well-developed influencing style and strong people management skills are essential.
