Job Title: Full Time Female Support Worker (Driver Essential)

Location: Gloucester

Salary: £11.44 per hour

Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week (Must be able to work both day and night shifts)

Job Summary: We are seeking a female candidate to fill a Full Time Female Support Worker (Driver Essential) position in Gloucester. The successful candidate will provide personalised support to adults who need our help most, leading to positive outcomes and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to adults with complex needs, enabling them to achieve their goals and live independently
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality support services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualised support plans
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Must have the right to work Full Time in the UK without sponsorship
  • Ability to work both day and night shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality support services
