About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Gloucester. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, mental health issues, and Autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as dressing, cooking, and household chores
  • Participate in hobbies and social activities to promote independence and well-being
  • Administer medication as required and complete daily care plans
  • Ensure safeguarding responsibilities are met and protect the adults' rights to live safely and free from abuse or neglect
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with mental health and learning disabilities is advantageous
  • Passion for making a positive difference in people's lives
  • Ability to adapt to challenging situations and remain calm under pressure
  • Positive and caring nature, with a good sense of humour
