We are seeking a highly skilled Global Sales and Business Development Expert to join our team at Selica International Ltd.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying and pursuing new opportunities. You will work closely with our marketing team to implement effective campaigns and strategies that meet our business objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to the growth of the company by identifying and prospecting new opportunities and winning new clients;
  • Building and maintaining an active pipeline of revenue and activity;
  • Working with the marketing team to help implement new campaigns;
  • Performing regular sales variations without bound calls and email campaigns;
  • Attending trade shows and networking events for lead generation;
  • Onboarding of new clients;
  • Attending client meetings both face-to-face and remotely;
  • Following up on quotes and leads;
  • Drawing up quotations and assisting with any RFP/Tender/Proposal;
  • Be actively aware of work completed for your clients;
  • Tracking and analysing sales performance; Presenting a monthly progression sales report and periodic comparisons;
  • Liaising with Account Managers to ensure compliance with agreed service level.

Key attributes for this post are:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Experience working in the translation industry in sales is essential for this role;
  • A high level of IT literacy;
  • Excellent translation technology knowledge will be very beneficial for this role;
  • A desire to exceed client expectations;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Business insight and awareness;
  • Fluent English to native standard.
