**Job Title:** Customer Repair Specialist

We are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Repair Specialist to join our team at Build Recruitment in London.

**About the Role:

  • Respond to customer repair requests via phone and email, diagnosing the issue and allocating appointments to our in-house workforce or subcontractors.
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards, ensuring both customers and clients receive timely and efficient support.
  • Effective use of our in-house system to schedule available operatives and subcontractors, monitoring completion of work and providing regular updates.

**Key Responsibilities:

  1. Answer incoming calls regarding repairs issues, utilizing effective questioning and diagnosis skills to identify customer needs.
  2. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with operatives, clients, customers, and suppliers.
  3. Manage the incoming repairs inbox, allocating repair works and deploying operatives as needed.
