We are working with a leading UK contractor to find an experienced and proactive Repairs Planner / Scheduler to join their team, working on repairs and maintenance within social housing.

As a Repairs Planner / Scheduler, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling repairs and maintenance tasks. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Stratford.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Coordinate with contractors and other stakeholders
  • Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of tasks

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Repairs Planner or Scheduler
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
