About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Shakespeare Martineau as a Litigation Legal Assistant, where you will play a key role in supporting our team in managing caseloads and providing exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Provide administrative support to the litigation team, including preparing documents and correspondence
- Assist with the coordination of court hearings and other legal proceedings
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements
About You:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have a minimum of 6 months' administration experience, ideally gained in a legal or professional services environment, and be proficient in IT systems, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Working Arrangements:
