Claims Coordinator Role
We are seeking a skilled Claims Coordinator to join our Major and Complex Loss (M&CL) Team at Stride Resource Management Ltd. As a Claims Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting M&CL Adjusters by coordinating appointments, managing claims instructions, and organizing information for reports and inquiries.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating appointments and diary management
- Managing instructions and building strong client relationships
- Providing support with admin tasks, letters, reports, and technical queries
- Participating in projects and overseeing caseloads in the absence of Adjusters
This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with experienced Adjusters and Surveyors in the field, ensuring the efficient handling of complex claims. You will receive a basic salary up to £32,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package.
