Job Opportunity: SEN Teaching Assistant

Rikama Education Ltd. is working with a special school in Sittingbourne to find a number of SEN Teaching Assistants to support students with a range of individual needs.

About the Role

This role involves supporting students across Primary and Secondary ages with complex needs, including PMLD, mental health conditions, ASD, and challenging behaviour. You will be responsible for promoting positive behaviour, managing challenging behaviour, and providing support on a 1-to-1 or small group basis.

Key Responsibilities
