Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director - Service Sales HVAC to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new service growth and fostering client relationships in the Oil & Gas, Commercial Marine, and Navy sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive new service growth and expand our footprint in the UK market.
  • Manage existing key accounts and develop new business opportunities in the Commercial Marine and Oil & Gas sectors.
  • Build business development strategies for enhanced sales opportunities and monitor competitor activities and new developments.
  • Lead the complete sales process from opportunity identification to closure, including developing a robust sales pipeline for meeting installation order booking requirements.
  • Drive sales performance using Salesforce and contribute to growth initiatives in the Commercial Marine and Oil & Gas sectors.
  • Strive for continuous improvement and effective bid management.

Requirements

  • Experience in field sales and relationship selling, with a proven track record of selling technical service solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and ability to present technical and commercial information.
  • Existing experience and client base in Commercial Marine and/or Oil, Gas & Marine or adjacent markets.
  • Autonomous yet a proactive team player with excellent customer engagement skills and a proven track record of achieving outstanding results.
