About the Role

As an ERP Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for directly selling ERP solutions to manufacturing sector clients, generating leads through networking and other channels, and building relationships with key decision-makers. You will also have the opportunity to leverage your knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, IFS, Epicor, and Sage to offer tailored solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directly sell ERP solutions to manufacturing sector clients
  • Generate leads through networking and other channels
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers
  • Leverage knowledge of ERP systems to offer tailored solutions to clients
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and industry partners to demo products and develop warm leads
  • Exceed sales targets, closing at least three new deals per year in the £1 million to £200 million range, with a 30% commission on closed deals
  • Scale the team by recruiting and leading a sales group as the company grows
Requirements
  • Successful background in selling ERP software solutions, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • ERP expertise: in-depth knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, IFS, Epicor, and Sage
  • Sales acumen: strong ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close large deals
  • Remote work capability: able to work remotely and travel across the UK and Europe as required
  • Leadership potential: the ability and ambition to build and lead a successful sales team
