Sales Executive / Business Development Manager – South West Region

Join Alexander Chapel in our quest to find a talented Sales Executive / Business Development Manager to drive business growth in the South West Region.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to sell our range of quality products and services to corporate, blue-chip, and public sector clients in the M4 / M5 Corridor Region.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to develop and build upon our existing client base, leveraging their skills and experience to drive new business growth and revenue.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in business-to-business sales, with experience of developing relationships with commercial and industrial customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive new business growth and revenue in the South West Region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
  • Utilize a consultative approach to sales, providing value-added solutions to clients and identifying opportunities to improve their business operations.
  • Work closely with the Head Office Team to leverage marketing and sales support, ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple sales opportunities, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 18 months of experience in business-to-business sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong time management and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple sales opportunities.
  • A consultative approach to sales, with the ability to provide value-added solutions to clients.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced sales environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
