Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Property Contract Coordinator to join our team at West Kent Housing Association.

This is a full-time role with a salary of 48,500 GBP per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage leasehold and service charge contracts across various properties to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective contract management strategies to minimize risks and maximize returns for the organization.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including property managers and finance teams, to deliver high-quality services.
  • Collaborate with external contractors to secure competitive prices while maintaining service standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in contract management or a related field.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external parties.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate potential risks.
