Global Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Coordinator to join our team at Warner Music Group. As a key member of our Global Business Services (GBS) team, you will play a critical role in coordinating meetings, arranging conference calls and travel, managing executive expenses, and overseeing project progress.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively managing meetings on a regional and global scale, arranging conference calls and travel, coordinating team meetings and functions, and managing executive expenses.
  • Working closely with the SVP GBS to lead and schedule governance meetings and oversee project progress by tracking actions and projects from those meetings.
  • Actively monitoring other due dates and deliverables for key GBS initiatives, projects in coordination with other global team members like process owners.
  • Coordinating communications with the GBS teams globally, partnering with People Team or Corporate communications where needed, including newsletters, service bulletins, and other communications needed to keep the regional teams informed and aligned to global standards and initiatives.
  • Preparing presentation materials in support of the SVP, GBS and their direct reports, with a focus on keeping executive leadership informed of performance and key milestones in the GBS team.
  • Managing highly sensitive, confidential, and proprietary information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Planning and executing domestic and international training, conferences, special events, whether on or off-site, in person or virtually.
  • Maintaining dashboards with key data for quick reference for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Proactively making recommendations for process improvement and ways of working to create efficiencies across the three shared service centers.
  • Proposing repetitive/operational tasks to be transferred to GBS and doing the proper link with GBS for implementation.
