About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Holder to join our team at Estée Lauder Companies. As a Key Holder, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in maintaining a high level of customer service and sales performance
- Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for people, our company, and our products
- Use your coaching and mentoring skills to develop and motivate team members to achieve their full potential
- Ensure accurate cash reconciliation and maintain a secure store environment
- Participate in opening and closing store duties, including setting up and closing the store

Requirements:
- Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store, is desirable
- Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets, is desirable

- Confidence in speaking to customers and understanding their needs
- Flexible availability across days and hours
