\Job Description\

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety and Environmental Management (HSE) Manager to drive the implementation of HSE policies and ensure compliance with relevant statutory and best practice requirements.

\Responsibilities\

  2. Subject Matter Expert: Advise on health and safety matters across the company, including policy and risk management.\
  3. HSE Policy Implementation: Drive the implementation of HSE policies and ensure compliance with relevant statutory and best practice requirements.\
  4. Training and Awareness: Create learning resources and deliver Health and Safety training to promote compliance and awareness of policies.\
  5. Culture Promotion: Promote a positive health and safety culture amongst staff, contractors, and visitors.\
  6. Efficiency Measures: Identify and support the implementation of energy-saving measures to achieve energy efficiency objectives, including zero accidents and carbon neutrality by 2030.\
  7. Requirements: NEBOSH qualification, working experience of current HSE management practices in the workplace, data analysis and presentation skills, experience conducting risk assessments and investigations, implementing policies and procedures, data capture, analysis, and reporting experience.
