About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Media Campaign Manager to join our team at Uniting People. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid social media campaigns that drive business growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage paid social advertising campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and other social platforms to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with our creative team to design and develop compelling ad copy, messages, and visuals that resonate with our target audience.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing campaigns to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid social advertising, ensuring our campaigns remain innovative and effective.
  • Ensure all advertising efforts comply with the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) code and relevant regulations.
  • Provide creative input and drive innovative campaign ideas that align with our business goals.
  • Work closely with our PPC Campaign Manager to integrate strategies and cross-train in PPC, ensuring a holistic approach to paid media.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing paid social advertising campaigns, with a strong understanding of Meta, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
  • A performance-driven approach, with a focus on achieving KPIs and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with the ASA code and advertising regulations, with a commitment to ensuring compliance in all advertising efforts.
  • Experience with PPC is a plus, but not required.
