About the Role

Candour Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that align with our company goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Oversee SEO strategy, manage the marketing database, and lead social media and paid-ad campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Work closely with internal teams to enhance digital marketing efforts.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Analyze key metrics to understand website traffic and digital campaign conversion rates.
  • Produce monthly reports to evaluate and refine digital strategies.
  • Collaborate with the team to innovate and implement new marketing tactics and approaches.

Requirements:

  • Three years' experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience in agency, freelance, or in-house B2B environments.
