Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive audience acquisition, brand reach, and revenue.
  • Creating and managing annual brand marketing calendars, and reviewing regularly with internal stakeholders.
  • Copywriting for all campaign elements, ensuring messaging adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Tracking and analyzing campaign performances with regular reporting and data analysis.
  • Supporting key sales initiatives through the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns and materials.
  • Spearheading customer feedback programs to include testimonials, case studies, and surveys.
  • Developing and maintaining Texere's Advertising and Services hub, ensuring all calendars and data are current and up-to-date.
  • Managing internal brand surveys, from initial planning through to post-survey reporting.
  • Creation and management of external event calendars, based on input from internal stakeholders.
  • Managing Texere's presence at external events, including negotiation of agreements, marketing promotional activity, equipment, and logistics.

Requirements include:

  • Marketing degree or CIM diploma and/or 2 years' experience in a Digital Marketing and Events role in a B2B environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years marketing experience, ideally within a B2B environment.
  • Previous experience working with an automated marketing tool, e.g., intermediate level Office 365.
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally.
