About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Knutsford, Cheshire. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for selling cremation funeral plans directly to individual consumers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Making outbound calls to prospective customers who have enquired through various marketing channels about direct cremation plans.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and answering any queries regarding plans and optimising sales conversion rates.
  • Acting as a Brand Ambassador for our company, ensuring that all activity undertaken presents us in a positive way.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of outbound telephone sales experience.
  • Proven success in a target-driven environment.
  • Experience interacting with potentially vulnerable customers.
  • Demonstrated excellence in delivering customer service.
  • The ability to work in line with detailed procedures.
  • Skilled in problem-solving and identifying process improvements.
