Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Strategies: Create digital marketing strategies that align with team objectives and business goals.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams to optimize all digital marketing efforts.
  • Mentor Junior Staff: Provide guidance and support to junior team members to help them grow.
  • Analyze Performance: Monitor key metrics that impact website traffic and digital campaign conversion rates.

Required Skills

  • Experience: Minimum of three years in digital marketing.
  • Industry Experience: Agency, freelance, or in-house B2B experience.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Campaign Management: Experience in designing, setting up, and optimizing Google AdWords/PPC campaigns.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Trend Awareness: Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.
