About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketer to join our team at Candour Solutions. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in advancing our brand in the digital landscape.

This is an excellent opportunity for a digital marketing professional who excels in paid advertising, digital media, social media, and SEO. You will be responsible for designing and leading digital marketing initiatives, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize all digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Strategies: Create digital marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and goals.
  • Manage Campaigns: Oversee SEO strategy, marketing database, social media, and paid ad campaigns from ideation to execution.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams to optimize all digital marketing efforts.
  • Mentor Junior Staff: Provide guidance and support to junior team members to help them grow.
  • Analyze Performance: Monitor key metrics that impact website traffic and digital campaign conversion rates.
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly reports to assess and refine our digital strategies.
  • Innovate: Collaborate with the team to develop new and creative marketing tactics and approaches.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of three years in digital marketing.
  • Industry Experience: Agency, freelance, or in-house B2B experience.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Campaign Management: Experience in designing, setting up, and optimizing Google AdWords/PPC campaigns.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making.
