We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Supervisor to join our team at VIQU Limited. As a Supply Chain Supervisor, you will be responsible for securing competitive quotations for bids, overseeing the onboarding and management of new vendors within the accounts system, and collaborating closely with the Procurement Manager to support various purchasing requirements across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Secure competitive quotations for bids
  • Oversee the onboarding and management of new vendors
  • Collaborate with the Procurement Manager to support purchasing requirements
  • Nurture existing relationships with Suppliers and Subcontractors
  • Sourcing new supply chain partners where necessary

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills
  • Familiarity with business Terms and Conditions
  • Possession of CIPS certification or relevant qualifications
  • Proficient in vendor management and supplier relationships
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety and CDM regulations
