About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, empathetic, and passionate individual to join our team. You will work alongside our students in various settings, providing emotional support, helping with daily activities, and promoting independent living and educational growth. Your mission will be to guide students through their learning experiences, help them gain work experience and paid employment opportunities suitable to their abilities, and foster a sense of belonging and self-worth.

While prior experience is beneficial, we are willing to provide the training and support you need to excel in this position.
