**Special Educational Needs Support Professional

Our school in Wilmslow, Cheshire, is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic SEN Team. The successful candidate will work closely with students who have a range of special educational needs, providing tailored support in the classroom and helping them achieve their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of a range of SEN needs and the ability to apply effective strategies for support. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience (approximately £25,000 - £35,000 per annum)

Responsibilities:

  1. Support students with SEN in mainstream classes, and within specialist inclusion/intervention classes.
  2. Implement individual learning plans (ILPs) and contribute to monitoring pupil progress.
  3. Collaborate with class teachers and the SENCO to ensure students' needs are met within the curriculum.
