About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Engineer to join our HVAC team at Johnson Controls. As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the VRF/Chiller/AHU & Heat Pump sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including end-users, FM, and contractors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging technical knowledge and sales expertise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage and influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve sales goals.

Requirements

  • Previous HVAC industry experience, with a strong understanding of VRF/Chiller/AHU & Heat Pump technologies.
  • Sales experience within the VRF/Chiller market, with a proven track record of success.
  • Technical knowledge to degree level or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
