Requirements

1. Proven Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development within a commercial environment.

2. Leadership Skills

Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of leading successful sales teams.

3. Communication Skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

4. Market Awareness

Ability to identify market trends and leverage them for business growth.

5. Networking Skills

Strong networking skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
