Job Description
Forward Assist Recruitment is a leading recruitment agency specialising in the transportation sector. We're currently seeking a Revenue Growth Manager to join our team and help drive revenue growth on a given portfolio, train or market in line with overall objectives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing price and seat availability, interpreting short-term demand and supply data, and identifying opportunities for increasing yield at peak times and volume at off-peak times.

The role involves working closely with other functions to maximise revenue through reducing levels of dilution and spoilage, monitoring performance vs target.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver revenue growth on a given portfolio, train or market in line with overall objectives
- Effectively manage price and seat availability on responsible portfolio, interpreting short-term demand and supply data
- Act as commercial partner for a region, providing insight and recommendations, and gathering feedback
- Maximise revenue through reducing levels of dilution and spoilage, monitoring performance vs target

About the Company
Forward Assist Recruitment is a dynamic and ambitious agency, always looking for talented individuals to join our team. We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including free travel on company trains, discounted international tickets, and generous pension scheme.

Location: London or York, with flexibility to travel across the route.
