Role Overview
This exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled sales professional to join the William Henry Associates team as an Area Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in their designated territory. Key responsibilities will include:
  • * Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets
    * Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    * Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the commercial, education, and healthcare sectors
    * Conducting product presentations and providing expert advice on regulatory changes
    * Managing leads from various sources and progressing them through the sales cycle
    * Collaborating with the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives

Key Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in specification sales of building products sold through the M&E route to market. They should also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong IT literacy and proficiency in social media platforms. A basic salary of £52,000 per annum is offered, plus performance-related bonuses and benefits.
