About Us:
Ton is a leading manufacturer of building materials with a presence in the UK and Czech Republic. We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Senior Business Development Executive.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to drive business growth and expansion in the UK market. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum + commission
Benefits:

Responsibilities:
* Proactive Client Development: Employ a structured and strategic approach to expand our client base and acquire new clients.
* Industry Engagement: Cultivate relationships within the architectural, interior design, and dealer sectors, establishing Ton as the premier choice in their minds.
* Client Portfolio Management: Manage new clients to grow, upsell and renew accounts, ensuring long-term relationships are maintained.
* Sustained Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through excellent communication and service delivery.
* Educational Advocate: Guide clients to a comprehensive understanding of the value and advantages of our products and services, promoting customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Tailored Quotation Development: Create quotes based on client requirements, ensuring accurate pricing and timely delivery.
* Market Insight Expertise: Conduct market research to provide recommendations for Ton brand development, driving business growth and expansion.
* Performance Excellence: Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets, demonstrating exceptional sales performance and results-driven attitude.
Requirements:
* A design enthusiast with excellent industry knowledge and connections.
* Active driver with a proven track record of traveling extensively for work.
* Strong passion for selling and achieving results, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Excellent listening, negotiating and influencing skills with clients at all levels, ensuring strong relationships are built and maintained.
* Ability to prioritise, work under pressure and meet deadlines, demonstrating exceptional time management and organisational skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring effective communication and service delivery.
* Ability to work independently and with the remote team too, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
* Strong numeracy and IT skills with the ability to use CRM systems, ensuring accurate data analysis and reporting.
* Fluent English speaker with a positive attitude and common sense.
