Job Description
The successful candidate will have experience in specification sales of building products sold through the M&E route to market, with a strong understanding of the mechanical and electrical consultancy sectors. They will be required to develop and maintain relationships with key clients, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales growth in their designated territory. Key responsibilities will include:
  • * Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets
    * Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    * Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the commercial, education, and healthcare sectors
    * Conducting product presentations and providing expert advice on regulatory changes
    * Managing leads from various sources and progressing them through the sales cycle
    * Collaborating with the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives

Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong IT literacy and proficiency in social media platforms. They should be a self-starter with energy, enthusiasm, and drive, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A basic salary of £55,000 per annum is offered, plus performance-related bonuses and benefits.
