Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Staff Nurse to join our Elective Surgical Ward team at Nuffield Health's Woking Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the smooth operation of our ward.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to NMC standards and Nuffield Health's policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in ward meetings and contribute to the development of care plans.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based care guidelines.
