The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as an Associate Director. In this role, you will lead planning projects, manage client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our business.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver a diverse range of planning projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing expert advice.
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively, delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and expand our client base.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Your Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in the planning industry, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- A deep understanding of planning legislation and best practices.
- Chartered membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI).
