About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director to join our Planning team at Lanpro. As a key member of our team, you will play a leading role in shaping the future of our clients' projects and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in planning and development, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects and managing teams. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating planning projects, building relationships with clients and stakeholders, and developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate planning projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability, including identifying new business opportunities and developing proposals
  • Manage and develop a team of planners and support staff, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure their continued growth and development
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our services and deliver exceptional results for our clients
Requirements
  • Chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI)
  • Proven track record of delivering complex planning projects and managing teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
