Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and train junior team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Manage client accounts and develop strategic plans to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct telesales and other lead generation activities to identify new business opportunities.

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to network and build relationships with potential clients.
Requirements
  • Education to degree level or equivalent in a scientific or technical discipline.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the scientific or medical industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working on the phone and making cold calls to potential clients.
