Experienced Property Sales Professional

At Bridgfords, part of the Connells Group, we're seeking a highly motivated Senior Estate Agent to join our residential sales team in Harrogate. This role involves listing and gaining new instructions for properties to market while maintaining the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Listing and gaining new instructions for properties to market
  • Maintaining the highest level of customer service
  • Building rapport with new and existing clients

Requirements:

  • Preferably an experienced Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, Valuations Manager, Residential Sales Manager, or Senior Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator looking for a career progression
  • Outstanding customer care/customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A Full UK driving licence holder
