Job Title: Senior Bid Manager

Hill Dickinson LLP is a leading international commercial law firm with a strong presence in the healthcare sector. We are seeking an experienced Senior Bid Manager to join our Health Business Group, responsible for delivering best-in-class public sector tender responses and private sector opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of the firm's service offer and the healthcare sector, shaping our market-leading proposition for clients.
  • Manage stakeholders within the Health Business Group, championing best practice and supporting adherence to industry-aligned processes.
  • Project manage NHS and public sector tender opportunities, including major panel frameworks and call-off activity.
  • Generate written responses that take into account government policy and topical issues in the NHS, public sector, and wider healthcare markets.
  • Develop and maintain a library of precedent text for healthcare tenders, capturing relevant information for future bids.
  • Research and establish healthcare procurement cycles, engaging with procurement professionals to contribute to the HBG opportunity pipeline.
  • Provide input to the lessons learnt process from involvement with previous healthcare submissions.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience of NHS and/or public sector bid management and bid writing.
  • Proven ability to write concise responses based on highly technical information for NHS and/or public sector clients.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience of collaborating with senior individuals.
  • Desire to embed yourself with the Health Business Group and appetite to continually build knowledge of the service offering and wider sector.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, exceptional project management skills, and advanced IT skills across a broad range of applications.
