We are currently seeking a talented Commercial Marketing Analyst to join our team and support our Commercial Sales Manager. Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales and accounts team in attracting, converting, and retaining target profiles and clients.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Sales Manager to co-develop and deliver tender and bid materials, ensuring continuity and excellence in the sales process both locally and internationally.
  • Develop and execute client activities as agreed upon.
  • Support non-strategic tender/bid processes for Yodel.
  • Actively assist the Sales team during the tender process, including meetings and calls.
  • Support sales prospecting activities.
  • Deliver the required support documents for tender/bid processes.
  • Design and create templates and standard presentation materials as needed.
  • Update and maintain support document libraries for tenders/bids, including policies, user guides, compliance certificates, etc.
  • Manage the presentation library and maintain it on Sales Force for all accounts and new business processes.
  • Co-develop commercial activities and supporting documentation for CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility).
  • Create and communicate best practices where appropriate.
  • Drive continuous data acquisition and maintain the quality of the CRM database.
  • Support branding and design efforts for all external touchpoints, client management, and sales processes to ensure brand consistency.
  • Support key sponsorships and hospitality activities.
  • Assist in delivering trade show and industry event activities.
  • Build and nurture relationships with the internal team as well as suppliers, clients, and prospects.
Requirements
  • Personable with excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented.
  • Flexible in style and approach.
  • Highly organized.
  • Able to understand and articulate activities within the context of a strategic plan.
  • Experience in bid and tender management.
  • Strong presentation skills, especially in PowerPoint.
  • Project management experience.
  • Ability to work with sales teams and cross-functionally.
  • Familiarity with managing external marketing agencies.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM system.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience in a retail or e-commerce environment would be desirable.
  • Experience in delivering market insights would be desirable.
